Our Homewatch program includes a weekly inspection of your home while you are away.

We inspect your home, then report any problems to you.  Upon your approval we can then repair them immediately.

Our goal is to keep your home in pristine condition

The following is a check list of things that are included in our weekly Homewatch Program:

•  Check A/C thermostat/humidistat

• Check Circuit Breakers

• Flush Toilets

• General cleanliness of home

• Check under sinks for any sign of leakage

• Bring in mail(send up North if instructed)

• Check Pool for cleanliness

• Check refrigerator

• Make sure security system if functional

• Check for signs of mold or mildew

• Check telephone for dial tone

• Make sure all windows and doors are secure

Upon your instructions, we will secure your home when you depart, putting the home in a vacation mode to insure there is no unnecessary use of electric, water, etc. and have it ready upon your return.
