Palms Property Services offers a variety of house cleaning options depending on your needs:

Our cleaning teams arrive in teams of 2 or 3 girls and upon your satisfaction will be the team that will take care of your home whenever needed.

• Regular House Cleaning which is a cleaning of your whole home, kitchens, bathrooms, counter tops, washing floors, vacuuming, dusting washing bed linens and towels, (no personal items such as clothing etc. are included) making beds and wiping down outside area of residence.

• Detailed Cleaning which includes all of the above in our regular house cleaning except all closets are organized, all drawers are emptied and cleaned and items put back in an organized fashion, silverware cleaned upon request..

• Light cleanings are just that, a quick check of residence in-between cleanings to make sure everything is clean and take care of anything that is needed

• High cleanings are for any areas above 5 ft. that the cleaning girls do not take care of. This includes but not limited to fans, high shelves, bookcases, mirrors, light fixtures, alcoves, etc.

• The girls can also help out with any unpacking of clothes or items you may have delivered or bring with you upon arrival

• The girls can also help with serving and cleaning up at any of your special occasions
